Before joining Abbeycomp, Russell was a tour guide for the Awesome White Water Adventure in Eastern Nepal within the Wild Jungle in Royal Chitwan National Park.
He passionately believes in the power of experiential learning and is committed to deliver high value programmes to our customers. Russell knows adrenalin activities stretch people into their 'Adventure Zone' where learning leads to empowerment and where individuals grow within themselves as well as within the team.
