Our support and maintenance contracts cover Axiom Management Systems running on Windows platform including its Operating System. Calls are responded via telephone, secure remote support or site visit. As part of any Abbeycomp contract packages our consultants carry out monthly health checks on systems and report back to the customer to ensure stability and best performance.

Support Plan Levels
Bronze Level
This is our entry level support package. It includes 8 hour response and is limited to 5 hours monthly remote or onsite support.
Silver Level
This is our mid range support package. It includes 8 hour response and unlimited remote or onsite support hours.
Gold Level
This is our top level package including 4 hour response and unlimited remote or onsite support hours.
